FASHION FRIDAY FEATURING ICE CREAM CASTLES

We are so excited to introduce our newest segment on the blog – Fashion Fridays! Each week on Friday we will be sharing with you our favorite clothing brands, whether it’s for kids or adults. We will bring you an inside look at our favorite outfits, tell you a little bit about the company, and show you where you can buy your own.

Today on Fashion Fridays we are featuring the clothing line, Ice Cream Castles. Ice Cream Castles was founded by friends Wells Nathan and Veronique Vicari Barnes. The two joined forces to create a “clothing line that is inspired by vintage designs, music, magic and travels in the unknown!” They are new mothers and have created this line with the journey of new motherhood in mind. Your kids will love these designs. We know ours did! It’s comfy, cozy, and the designs are unique but feel familiar. You can’t go wrong with an outfit from Ice Cream Castles.

Welcome to our Ice Cream Slumber Party!

Our slumber party was designed by the talented Ana Kha, the creator of Jujuzozo. Jujuzozo is a luxury brand for children, a brand that celebrates life’s simple pleasures. Ana’s biggest inspiration for her art and creativity comes from her husband and her son, Julien, better known as ‘Juju’. From her website: “Ana Kha has always had a passion for art and finds inspiration in the ever-changing world we live in. She’s channeled this inspiration to create whimsical interpretations of nature and animals and applied them to children’s decor.”

Our photographs were taken by the amazing Oxana Alex Photography. Oxana specializes in maternity, newborn, and family photography. She says that the first five years of her life were not very well documented and she longs to visually relive those memories. Because of this her passion for photographing the joy and magic of childhood continues to grow everyday. Her photos tell beautiful stories and her eye for capturing special moments is irreplaceable.
